Space planning, fixture and finish selections, tile patterns, custom millwork, and material combinations are developed into a complete, buildable plan, then brought to life through 3D visualizations, so you can see exactly how each choice reads in your space. Layouts are tested, finishes are compared, and decisions are made with clarity before anything is locked in.

Construction management

The difference between a stressful renovation and a seamless one is how it’s managed. We oversee every moving part — contractor coordination, material procurement, permitting, scheduling, and budget control — through a single, accountable team. Our long-standing relationships with trusted trades and vendors ensure consistent quality and reliable timelines at every phase.

One of many differentiators is how we manage communication. Client conversations, contractor calls, and internal meetings are captured and transcribed, creating a clear, running record of conversations, commitments, approvals, and next steps that can be queried with our AI tools on demand. We curate furniture, lighting, textiles, window treatments, and accessories to reflect how you live, then manage every detail of sourcing, procurement, and coordination so the process is effortless from concept to delivery. Every selection is presented as a complete, cohesive concept — not individual pieces in isolation, but as a vision of how the finished space will actually look and feel.

We combine lifelike 3D renderings with AI-enhanced visualization to show you exactly how everything comes together. Fabrics, upholstery, artwork, and finishes can be explored, compared, and swapped out in near real-time within 3d models, so every detail is resolved before ordering, and nothing is left to the imagination.
